Simple Present Tense
Active : She listens the music every night.
Passive : The music is listened by her every night.
Active : I bring the dictionary every Sunday.
Passive : The dictionary is brought by me every Sunday.


Present Continuous Tense
Active : I am sweeping the floor.
Passive : The floor is being swept by me.
Active : He is playing the piano.
Passive : The piano is being played by her.


Present Perfect Tense
Active : She has met them since ten o’clock this morning.
Passive : They have been met by her since ten o’clock this morning.
Active : I have done the article.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense
Active : I have been helping her for three hours.
Passive : She has been being helped by me for three hours.
